Our highly trained therapists are very popular! While we have cancellations, same day appointments are seldom available. We realize that some clients prefer last minute sessions, though because of the nature of our practice, we try to focus on quality rather than quantity. We apologize for any inconvenience, and will do our very best to accomodate your needs.
To schedule an appointment for a massage for one or more people, tandem sessions welcome, please visit our online appointment center where you will be guided through the selection of available appointment times. After you schedule an appointment with us, you will receive an email confirmation of your appointment within five minutes of scheduling. If you do not receive a confirmation via email, please contact us immediately.
When you schedule, please let us know if you are pregnant, or have any other major health, or injury considerations when you schedule so we have the opportunity to give you the best experience possible.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an appointment, please provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Any appointment cancelled within 24 hours prior to the appointment will be billed in full. You may reschedule your missed appointment for a fee of $35 paid in advance.
When You Come In
When you arrive for your appointment, please allow plenty of time in your schedule for the full session length, as well as some time before your session begins to fill out a health history, or any other paperwork. You may download a health history in advance for your session from our client center.
When your therapist takes you into the session room at the time of your appointment, the check-in/intake reviewing your health history with the therapist is included in the time increment scheduled for your service. For example, if your session time is 75 minutes, your first visit intake is included in the 75 minute time increment. If you are a regular client, and have recent changes to your health history, please let us know in advance so we can accomodate this in your regular appointment.
If you arrive late to your appointment time, your therapist will use whatever time is remaining in your session to work with you.
